I’m very happy with my purchase of heating bags from Harti. The instructions for use are very clear , the fact that you can register your product is amazing and instilled confidence in the brand. There is a neutral slightly nutty smell when heated. The heat holds for a long time as well.
I cannot say enough good things about this hot/cold pad. My daughter has juvenile idiopathic arthritis and she uses heated pads ALL the time. The design of the one I ordered is so kid friendly (fox pattern); there are so may designs to choose from. The fabric is so soft, it feels like a blanket. I heat it for longer than recommended because my child likes it very hot. It held its temperature for such a long time and there was no odd smell to it. The price point is right on. I will definitely order from this company again - love supporting small Canadian businesses. You will not be disappointed.
This heating bag is so cute. I love supporting a Canadian company using Canadian products. The Microwave bag gives a nice moist heat, I haven't used it in the freezer but I would assume because of the fleece material it would produce a less intense cold (which is much appreciated) than an ice pack.
The double-layered flannel is thick, plush and feels much softer and more comfy than my Magic Bag. The designs offered are diverse and look great. The fox themed one is cute and printed well. Instructions are provided with warning to not heat beyond 2 minutes in a microwave. Since I like a hot pack to be hot, I found heating for 1.5 minutes provided a nice, hot pack that stays warm for several minutes. The pack is well made and feels durable and is fairly long at 48cm and about 12 cm in width. Highly recommended.

Our company uses the whole oats containing all three parts of the grain - the germ, endosperm, and bran - which makes our heating pad much lighter than others while providing much better heat retention.
This filling has a great balance between being shapeable, with a bit of heft, and still being lightweight and comfortable.
