Care Instructions

  • Removable cover: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Air dry or tumble dry low.
  • Inner oat bag: Do not wash or soak. Spot clean only with a damp cloth.
  • Store in a cool, dry place or sealed bag in freezer for freshness.

How to use

  • Heat therapy:Microwave the pad (with cover on) for up to 2 minutes. Shake gently and apply to target area.
  • Cold therapy:Place in a sealed plastic bag and freeze for at least 2–3 hours.
  • Always test temperature before placing on skin.

Excellent in every way

Soft material against your skin, heats perfectly in the microwave, and the selection of different scenes/designs is just fantastic. I use my first one a few times every day (since Christmas) and it still looks brand new. It was a gift and I just had to buy a second one. Shipping is fast and the box even fit my mailbox.

At first I was a bit skeptical because it's not fully filled. But it works perfectly! It makes sense so it can bend around too.

A little smaller than an older one I have but feels very well built.

I prefer these over hot water bottles just because you can reheat them fairly quickly and they actually conform to the area you want to heat.Overall this one feels well built and was packaged about as well as you could hope.

Heats well

The Mystical Moonlight Forest HARTI Care heats and cools well. Easy to use and feels great on the skin. The heat pack is microwavable and can also be frozen. Looks pretty too.

Filled with Whole Oats

Our company uses the whole oats containing all three parts of the grain - the germ, endosperm, and bran - which makes our heating pad much lighter than others while providing much better heat retention.

This filling has a great balance between being shapeable, with a bit of heft, and still being lightweight and comfortable.
