Wow, what a presentation. For a fairly plain package, it somehow manages to project a wholesome and organic image. How Canadian! The graphic on my grain pack is so cute. Just looking at it puts a smile on my face.The material on this bag feels soft and cozy. It’s beautifully stitched. The whole thing feels premium.I have several of these types of grain bags, but none in a long form factor. This one is perfect for wrapping around the knee or shoulder.This will make a very nice gift under the tree.5 Stars
This heating pad is so well made! The fabric is solid and feels nice, (not to mention adorable) and it smells amazing. It has a light smell so if you are sensitive to strong scents, not to worry! It's nice and long so it fits just great around your neck. Great craftsmanship. Highly recommend!
Cute design. Soft cover with dark yet sharp colours: both in its patterns and images. The cover holds up even after washes and multiple uses and reheating.
I have the 19" oat pack and it works wonderfully for the shoulders.The fabric is a soft flannel type of fabric and a very cute print. The weight of the oats is quite nice - so when it sits on the shoulders, it feels gives a comforting feeling because of the weight (similarly to the comfort that comes with using a weighted blanket).I really like that this product is handmade and made in Canada and is a natural way to help with muscle relaxation.Just to try this product out, I heated it in the microwave for just 30 seconds and then shook the oats around to distribute the heat. I set it on my shoulders and could feel the warmth right away. I can see this being very useful, especially wintertime to warm up hands and feet especially if your extremities seem to get cold. The heat lasted quite a while (much longer than I thought it would) and the bag released a steady amount of heat over that period of time. I also did like the fact that there was no smell when the bag was heated up.I did not use this bag as a cold pack - but I can see it being useful on a hot summer day the same way as I am using it for warm on a cold winter day.The only thing that I would change about this product is to have a little pillowcase for it so that the pillowcase could be removed and washed. I suppose if you are experienced with sewing, you could take off the stitching, remove the oats, launder the bag, and then refill and re-stitch the bag, but it seems simpler to just have another pillowcase for to wash.

Filled with Whole Oats
Our company uses the whole oats containing all three parts of the grain - the germ, endosperm, and bran - which makes our heating pad much lighter than others while providing much better heat retention.
This filling has a great balance between being shapeable, with a bit of heft, and still being lightweight and comfortable.
