Care Instructions

  • Removable cover: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Air dry or tumble dry low.
  • Inner oat bag: Do not wash or soak. Spot clean only with a damp cloth.
  • Store in a cool, dry place or sealed bag in freezer for freshness.

How to use

  • Heat therapy:Microwave the pad (with cover on) for up to 2 minutes. Shake gently and apply to target area.
  • Cold therapy:Place in a sealed plastic bag and freeze for at least 2–3 hours.
  • Always test temperature before placing on skin.

I cancelled my order 2 days prior to shipping and the order was shipped anyway. Upon receipt they are everything I thought they would be, not worth it.

I use mine daily!

I absolutely love this product!! Very sensory friendly (not itchy and pokey like the big brand name bags... you know who I'm talking about!). The quality of this product is top tier and I love that they are handmade here in Canada. I have celiac disease so it is also very comforting to see that they are certified gluten free. Will be ordering more of these in the future so I don't have to wait to reheat, haha.

Filled with Whole Oats

Our company uses the whole oats containing all three parts of the grain - the germ, endosperm, and bran - which makes our heating pad much lighter than others while providing much better heat retention.

This filling has a great balance between being shapeable, with a bit of heft, and still being lightweight and comfortable.
